You can do it in just a few steps via My Pension.

Log in securely and easily with your username and password. Don't have an account yet? Create a new account using your member number.

Note: Do you not have an account and are retired or no longer employed? If so, please provide your email address via Contact.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to: my.pfjnj.nl/login (= My Pension).

2. Click on the INLOGGEN button.

3. Select: ' Vraag dan eerst een account aan.’ Then apply for an account first.

4. First choose your own username. Use only letters and numbers.

5. Then enter your subscriber number. Your subscriber number starts with 90510. You will find this number at the top right of our (paper) correspondence, after Our reference. You can also contact the customer service team.

6. Enter your date of birth.

7. Create your account.

8. An activation link will be sent to your email address on file.

9. Activate your account within 24 hours.
