Your Uniform Pension Overview will be issued in September this year
Unlike other years, you will receive your Uniform Pension Overview (UPO) from us in September this year.
You will find your uniform pension overviews for previous years on My pension
See ‘My archive’ for your previous uniform pension overviews. Your UPO shows how much pension you have accrued with our pension fund and which pension amount you can expect to receive in the future. The UPO also shows how much pension you will receive based on positive and negative economic projections.
You will use your UPO for 2022 when completing your tax return for 2022 (in 2023)
In your tax return for 2022, you will be asked to enter the pension amount you accrued in 2022. This is also called factor A and can be found in your UPO for 2022. You will only have accrued pension in 2022 if you were in the employment of J&J in 2021.
Take the opportunity to notify us of your private e-mail address
When you are in My pension check whether or not you have already registered your private e-mail address with us. Once you have, we will be able to contact you digitally and you will never miss any information about your pension again - even if you leave J&J or retire.
Are there any questions you’d like to ask about the UPO?
Your first port of call for answers to your questions should be our Uniform Pension Overview page. You will also find the answers to a number of frequently asked questions there. If you still have questions after checking this page, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
