To comply with the latest security requirements, the way to login on your personal portal ‘My pension’ will change as of 10th of May 2022.

Download the MFA app and register once only
MFA stands for Multi-Factor Authentication. This is a login method where, in addition to your username and password, one extra step is required to register online. The MFA app can be found in the Apple App store or Google Play store. You can use various MFA apps, such as Google Authenticator (preferred) or Microsoft Authenticator. You need the MFA app to scan the QR code when logging in.

Register again with My pension
It is important that you register again in your personal portal. You can do so as follows:

1. Go to My pension, select the button 'Inloggen' and enter your user name and password on the website. Select the button 'Inloggen'.
2. Open the MFA app on your phone. Scan the QR code on your login page with your mobile phone. A six-digit code will appear.
3. Enter the six digit code on your login page in the QR code box. Select the button 'Versturen'.
4. Your personal account is now linked to your MFA app.
